Not my post and I agree with Dr. Mitch na pwedeng maligo.😆

Hindi naman talaga bawal maligo ang bata kapag may lagnat,sipon o ubo..kasi mabilisang ligo lang naman yan. Kung gusto mo maligamgam na tubig ang gamitin para presko ang katawan ng bata.
Hindi naman nakakapagpahina ng resistesya nila ang pagligo at hindi rin naman eto nakakasama kung gawin mo eto araw araw.

Pero kung kasama mo ang biyenan mo nako for sure sasabihin bawal paliguan kapag may sakit ang bata🫣😅
