Here’s a collective message for the week. ✨

Rajas in Ayurveda means the energy, the force of change, dynamic movement, the active quality of the mind, the passion.

If you are feeling energetically alive, full filed or you might be in a space of feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, perhaps longing, or in sorrow. This card is letting you know that you are in the deep development phase. Whether be in your career, in your relationships with others and with yourself, in your spiritual and consciousness practices. You are in the process of expansion and blooming yourself whether to achieve what you have been working on or be in a new phase in life.

However, Remember to balance actions with rest, overwhelmed with allowance, sorrow with allowing and acceptance. When there is more rajas than sattva (harmony, calmness, peace) the mind becomes hyperactive and restless. You may lose sight of what truly is aligned for you.

You are a human-BEING, not a human-doing. Recharge yourself, take care of your vessel (your body), connect with yourself and with nature, reflect on what’s going on in your Universe and around you.
