• To assist physicians in the prompt diagnosis through the detection of measurable in the blood and other body fluids;
• To provide reliable and economical clinical output for annual and random physical check-up;
• To project an image of dependability to the general public.

The GOAL of the Laboratory department is to provide laboratory reports with highest quality for prognosis and diagnosis of disease essential to patient care. This manual is intended to guide the medical personnel of BMCDC in the proper utilization of laboratory facilities and services. To serve as guidelines for the systematic and coordinated operation of the Clinical laboratory at all times;
