Give your Barley a fruity twist this summer! Try out this Barley-Avocado shake by Sam Canizares for a cooler, healthier good time! Just put together 1 ripe halved and pitted avocado, 1 cup of milk, ½ cup vanilla yogurt, 3 tablespoons honey, and 8 ice cubes in a blender until smooth, then add around 2 teaspoons of Pure Barley powder for that healthy twist!
