In Asia, blueberries may not be endemic. But we have something that is equal or even richer in antioxidants - purple sweet potatoes.

This root crop is rich in anthocyanin, that's why it has a deep purple hue. It is good for inflammation, heart health and prevention of sugar spikes. It is a staple snack of many centenarians.

How's your sleep?

It is important that you have adequate hours (around 7-8 for adults) of rest at night.

Otherwise, you have internal stress that causes inflammation, and eventually other health issues.

Here are 5 tips to help you sleep better. 😴

- Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
- If possible, make your sleeping area quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.
- Limit your use of electronic devices, such as TVs, computers and smartphones, before sleeping.
- Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bedtime.
- Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
