My patient is a successful dressmaker whose work depends heavily on precision and detail but her blurring of vision, tearing, and floaters, got in the way of her passion for dressmaking.
She had already consulted other clinics and was advised to undergo cataract surgery, but her many questions remained unanswered.

What we found was more complex than cataracts alone.
Her findings included:
• Grade 2–3 cataract
• Moderate exophoria

👉 “I didn’t feel any discomfort at all.”
Today, her macula has returned to normal, and we are now updating her eyeglasses prescription at no additional cost.
