A post for anyone who’s ever thought, “I need to change, but I don’t know where to start.”
Last November, a friend introduced me to Tirzepatide. Sabi niya, “Para gwapa ta sa December!” 😄
At first, I was hesitant. Very hesitant. But then I looked at my small kids—and I realized: this isn’t about looking gwapa for the holidays.
It’s about being present, healthy, and strong for them, for as long as I can.
So I started my journey mid-November, with that prayer in my heart.
Fast forward to today—2 months later—and I am in awe of the changes:
· Weight: 98.5kg → 72.3kg
· BMI: Moving toward my goal of 65kg
· Feeling: Healthier, in control, with balanced eating and less cravings
I still box and play pickleball when I can (coach knows busy mom life 🥊), but the biggest shift happened inside: I feel lighter, clearer, and more alive for my family.
On side effects:
I was very cautious. As a mom, I know what “bughat” means—and I promised myself I’d stop if anything felt off.
But in my case, wala jud. No strange feelings, no worries. Just gradual, steady change.
My Tirz is legit—it was introduced to me by a nurse from Davao Doc. It’s not the cheap online version; it’s trusted and medical-grade.
Why I’m sharing this now:
I used to gatekeep this. Takot ma-judge, or ma-misunderstand.
But I realized—if my story can help even one person feel hopeful about their health, then it’s worth sharing.
I’m not saying anything Lied.
But if you’ve been thinking about a change for your health, for your family, or for your future self—and you want to know more—you can ask me.
I’ll share what I know, point you to the right people, and cheer you on. Because health is not a secret to keep—it’s a gift to pass on.
Message me if you have questions. No pressure, just purpose. 💙
Here’s to stronger, longer, healthier lives—for us and for those we love.
God bless us all.🙏
