We would like to address several incidents reported during the recent expo, specifically during Mindanao ToyX 2026.

Our team received multiple concerns involving inappropriate behavior, safety violations, and disregard for event protocols. These include instances of aggressive conduct, boundary violations, and unauthorized participation in restricted roles.

We take all reports seriously to ensure a respectful and safe environment for everyone.

After careful review, the individuals involved have been restricted from participating in future events under our supervision. We appreciate the community’s efforts to help maintain a welcoming and safe space for all, especially minors and vulnerable members.

𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨:
• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior and disregard for event rules will not be tolerated
• Respect personal boundaries at all times
• Follow all event guidelines, including media accreditation and access protocols

𝘞𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘰:
• Report any concerning behavior to event organizers or security staff immediately
• If unable to report immediately, seek assistance from trusted companions or nearby attendees who can help contact our team
• Create distance and avoid further interaction if you feel uncomfortable
• Avoid handling situations alone to prevent escalation
• When possible, stay with a group or pair up with someone you trust

We understand that not everyone may be able to report immediately, as situations can be overwhelming and individuals may need time to process what happened.

However, we strongly encourage reporting concerns as soon as you are able, as this allows our team to respond quickly and prevent further incidents.

Our support staff is present to assist and ensure safety at any event we are involved in. Your safety and well-being remain our priority.

Our dear friend, Xi Ya, is currently confined and in need of blood transfusion.
We are looking for blood donors with Type B+ (preferred) and Type O+ (compatible).

✅ Blood Donor Requirements:
1. Must be 18–65 years old
2. Must weigh at least 50 kg
3. In good health (no fever, cough, or infections in the past 2 weeks)
4. No history of hepatitis, HIV, or other blood-borne diseases
5. Not pregnant or breastfeeding
6. At least 8 hours of sleep before donation
7. No alcohol intake for the past 24 hours
8. No medications (like antibiotics) within the last 24–72 hours, unless cleared by a doctor
9. Must have eaten a light meal before donating (avoid fatty foods)

We have received reports from attendees bringing real handcuffs to a recent event. May this serve as a clear reminder for all upcoming events:

❌ Real handcuffs or any functional restraint devices are NOT allowed.
✔ Allowed: Plastic or toy handcuffs, lightweight prop versions

❌ Why Handcuffs Are Banned
1) They are not cosplay props. Unlike toy or replica weapons, real handcuffs are classified as functional law enforcement equipment.
2) They pose safety risks. If used on someone (even as a joke), it counts as physical restraint and may lead to injury, panic, or even legal consequences such as coercion or unlawful detention.
3) Venue & organizer liability. Event security and staff cannot allow items that can physically restrain attendees.

❌ Other Prohibited Items

Sharp objects that can harm others such as real knives, blades, box cutters, arrows, needles, or anything with a cutting edge are also prohibited from being brought to future events.

✅ What’s Allowed Instead
1) Plastic or toy handcuffs that are non-locking, lightweight, or easily breakable.
2) Prop replicas that only look metallic but are non-functional. These will still be inspected by staff.
3) Foam, rubber, or plastic props for weapons and accessories — must be safe and event-friendly.

We have received reports of a persistent predator using Facebook to contact women, including minors and young adults, and inviting them to pose for boudoir-style or suggestive photoshoots. While most have declined, the predator continues to target others.

Even without photos being exchanged, this behavior is a form of online grooming and exploitation.

✅ Screenshot everything — the message, their profile, and the date/time.
✅ Report the account on Facebook
→ Tap the 3 dots on the profile → Report → Nudity & Sexual Activity → Involves a child (if applicable)
