IBL Counseling and Testing Center We provide counseling, psych testing and other related Mental Health services to individuals, families, groups and organization.

Established to provide counseling and psychological testing services to the community, this center was envisioned to assist individuals in making appropriate choices essential to their development as well-balanced persons. It is inspired with this idea, that the person will be empowered to contribute to societyโ€™s well-being.
