We at The Confidentiality Clinic emphasize the confidential nature of doctor-patient relationship. We are bound to hold secret all information given by our esteemed clients as warranted by the premise of medical ethics. We provide psychiatric and mental health services such as treatment of mental health conditions including but not limited to delirium, dementia, and other cognitive disorders; schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders; depression; mood disorders; anxiety disorders; PTSD; impulse-control disorders; adjustment disorders; attention-deficit disorders; gender identity, abnormal sexuality and sexual dysfunctions; sleep problems; psychological factors affecting medical conditions and other co-morbidities. We also render expertise on management of alcohol and drug addiction, detoxification and rehabilitation. Other services offered include psychiatric assessment for employment and annulment cases, consultation-liaison services with other doctors as part of a multi-disciplinary team, managing the neuropsychiatric aspects of HIV infection and other chronic medical conditions, evaluation of donor and recipient for kidney and liver transplant, evaluation and counseling for personality problems, relational problems and many others.
