Looking back on an impactful and intimate conversation with the University of the Immaculate Conception-School of Arts and Sciences faculty on Mental Health in the Workplace.

The UIC community lead by the Guidance and Testing Center and the College of Computer Science came together for a powerful and heartfelt Su***de Awareness and Prevention Talk.
It was a time of learning, reflection, and genuine connectionโ€”a reminder that we are never alone, even in our toughest moments.

We shared stories, resources, and, most importantly, hope. This talk wasnโ€™t just about awareness; it was about building a caring community where every voice matters and everyone feels supported. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this space one of compassion and understanding.
