What an incredible day of learning, sharing, and connecting!
Senior citizens and community leaders came together to embrace the power of Positive Aging, proving that aging is not just about growing older—it’s about growing stronger, wiser, and more resilient.

Participants left empowered to take charge of their journey, build meaningful relationships, and face life’s challenges with confidence and hope.

Pastera, RPsy, RGC, RPm, facilitated impactful sessions on Mental Health Vitality, engaging Senior High School students and the college community to inspire resilience, promote well-being, and foster mental health awareness.
