Please don't introduce the word stress to your kids. Let them understand that school work, quizzes , exams, projects are not stress. It's normal part of being in school and training. Konting kibot tatawagin nyong stress. Which usually connotes negative, unbearable situations. So our kids turn out to be burdened, problematic, not resilient, unhappy and most of all unhealthy.

DONT INTRODUCE THE WORD STRESS TO YOUR KIDS.
