Question: Doc mataas na sugar ko, bawal na ba ang fruits?

Answer: Hindi. Pero kailangan 1 serving lang per meal.

Share this guide para malaman kung gaano karami ang 1 serving ng bawat prutas.

Narito ang ilang pagkain na katumbas ng 15 grams of carbohydrates.

Para sa mga may Diabetes, mahalagang limitahan sa isang serving ng prutas kada meal upang makontrol ang blood sugar.
