The BJMP marks another milestone with the formal handover of the Health Information System (HIS) Project, held yesterday at Novotel in Cubao, Quezon City.
The event highlights the successful collaboration between the BJMP and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which has played a key role in supporting the development and rollout of the HIS Project, aimed at improving healthcare services in BJMP facilities nationwide.
The HIS Project ensures that all Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) undergo thorough medical screening and assessment upon entry into detention facilities, with their health records meticulously documented. With this initiative, 100% of PDLs will now have individual health records, enabling a more data-driven and effective approach to healthcare management. This will also enable the Jail Bureau to address health challenges and continuously improve jail healthcare services.

Look|| OPLAN BAKLAS KONTRA PANINIGARILYO
