PUBLIC ADVISORY: ALERT ON ONLINE FAKES

Servicare Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center, located in 71 Azucena St. Davao City, wishes to inform the public of an ongoing serious issue involving the unlawful copying, editing, and sale of fake medical certificates falsely claiming to originate from our institution.
We have become aware that certain individuals are engaged in the production and distribution of these fraudulent documents.
Servicare Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center DOES NOT ISSUE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES ONLINE. Any medical certificate claiming to be from our clinic and obtained through online channels is fraudulent and should be treated as such.
We are treating this matter with the utmost urgency and have formally reported these unlawful activities to the Philippine National Police for immediate investigation and appropriate legal action.
We strongly urge the public to remain extremely vigilant regarding medical certificates purportedly issued by Servicare Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center. If you encounter any medical certificate bearing our clinic's name, and especially if it was obtained online or appears suspicious in any way, we suggest you to take the following steps:

* Be aware that Servicare Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center DOES NOT issue medical certificates ONLINE. Any such document is FAKE.
* Verify the authenticity directly with Servicare Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center. Please contact us at 082 2930181 , CP # 09635537720 or visit our clinic at 71 Azucena St. Mintal Davao City to confirm the validity of any medical certificate.
* Report any suspected fake medical certificates to the Philippine National Police Cybercrime Division. You may reach them through their official channels to report this illegal activity.

We are actively cooperating with law enforcement authorities to address this serious issue and protect the public from these deceptive practices.
