Good news, mommies!
YES โ itโs okay to drink coffee during pregnancy, basta in moderation.
โจ Safe amount:
1 small cup (12 oz) a day (about 200 mg of caffeine) is generally safe.
๐ You donโt have to completely give up:
Coffee
Tea
Chocolate (yes, this counts too!)
โ ๏ธ Just remember:
Avoid too much caffeine
Too much can cause palpitations, difficulty sleeping, or tummy discomfort
Listen to your body โ iba-iba tayo ng tolerance
๐ก Tip:
If you feel jittery or acidic, switch to:
Decaf
Half-caff
Milk-based coffee drinks
