Pagod na pagod kahit bagong gising? Nahihilo at parang laging nanghihina? 🩸🤰
Mommy, baka it’s not just “normal buntis symptoms”—you might have anemia in pregnancy.

📌 Ano ang anemia?
Anemia happens when your iron levels are low, kaya kulang sa oxygen ang dugo mo.

✅ Sobrang pagkapagod kahit konting kilos
✅ Hilo o parang hinihingal
✅ Pale or yellowish skin
✅ Palpitations

✔️ Mas matagal makabawi after manganak

📌 Paano maiiwasan?
✅ Take your prescribed iron supplements 💊
✅ Kumain ng iron-rich foods (red meat, dark leafy greens, legumes) 🥩🥬
✅ Regular check-ups para ma-monitor ang blood counts 🩺

💡 Good news, Mommy: Anemia is common pero manageable! With proper care, makakaiwas tayo sa complications.

Gestational Diabetes: Ano ito, Mommy? 🤔🍭

Gestational diabetes happens kapag tumaas ang blood sugar habang buntis ka—even if you didn’t have diabetes before pregnancy. Karaniwan itong nangyayari sa second or third trimester.

📌 Bakit importante malaman?
✅ Too much sugar sa dugo pwedeng mag-cause ng big baby (macrosomia), early delivery, or complications during labor

📌 Paano malalaman?
✔️ Routine glucose screening (OGTT) usually between 24-28 weeks

📌 The good news:
✅ GDM is manageable with proper diet, exercise, monitoring, and minsan medications

💡 Reminder, Mommy: Don’t skip your prenatal check-ups. Healthy mommy = healthy baby!

High Blood Pressure habang buntis? Let’s talk about Gestational Hypertension. 🩺🤰

Gestational Hypertension happens when your blood pressure goes up after 20 weeks of pregnancy—kahit wala kang hypertension bago mabuntis.

📌 Why is it important to monitor?
✅ High BP can cause problems like preterm birth or low birth weight

📌 How do we check?
✔️ Regular BP checks during your prenatal visits
✔️ Ultrasound to monitor baby’s growth and amniotic fluid levels
✔️ Blood tests para i-check kidney and liver functions

📌 Good news, Mommy:
✅ With proper monitoring, medications (if needed), and rest, most moms with gestational hypertension have healthy pregnancies and babies 💖

💡 Reminder: Kapag may high blood pressure symptoms like headache, blurred vision, or sudden swelling, magpacheck agad.

📅 Book your prenatal check-up and ultrasound with us—early detection = safer pregnancy. Alagaan natin si baby at ikaw, Mommy! 🫶

“Buntis ako, pero bakit parang ang dami kong nararamdaman?” 🤰
It’s normal to feel different during pregnancy, Mommy—but some symptoms could be signs of antenatal illnesses that need extra care and monitoring.

📌 Common antenatal conditions to watch out for:

🩺 1. Gestational Hypertension
— High blood pressure after 20 weeks
— Pwedeng mauwi sa preeclampsia if not monitored
— Regular BP check and ultrasounds are a must!

🍭 2. Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)
— Mataas na blood sugar habang buntis
— Pwedeng mag-resulta sa big baby or early labor
— Controlled through diet, monitoring, and minsan medication

🦴 3. Anemia in Pregnancy
— Kulang sa iron, kaya madalas pagod or hilo
— Iron supplements and healthy food help

🌡️ 4. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)
— Mas common sa buntis; kapag napabayaan, pwedeng makaapekto sa baby
— Check-up and safe antibiotics solve this

💡 TIP FROM YOUR OB-GYN:
Huwag tiisin ang unusual symptoms. Kung may lagnat, matinding pananakit, blurred vision, or sudden swelling—magpacheck agad. Early detection is key to a safe pregnancy!

📅 Prenatal check-ups, blood tests, and ultrasounds help us spot problems early—so you and baby stay healthy every step of the way.

Hello, Third Trimester! 🤰🎉
Malapit na mommy—few more weeks and you’ll meet your little one! 💕 This is the home stretch of your pregnancy journey (weeks 28 to delivery).

📌 What to expect in the 3rd trimester:
✅ Mas ramdam na ang baby kicks and rolls! 🦶
✅ Regular prenatal visits to monitor baby’s growth
✅ Final ultrasounds to check baby’s position (cephalic o breech)
✅ Important tests: blood pressure, sugar monitoring, Group B strep test
✅ Mas mabilis mapagod—so don’t forget to rest and hydrate!

💡 Tip from your OB-GYN:

Congenital Anomaly Scan: Bakit ito importante? 🩺👶

At around 20-28 weeks of pregnancy, we recommend the Congenital Anomaly Scan—also called the detailed scan or anomaly scan.

✅ Para saan ito?
It’s a complete check-up of your baby while still in your tummy!

✅ Safe ba ito?
Yes! Safe at walang sakit—this is part of routine prenatal care for your peace of mind.

💡 Why it matters:
This scan helps us spot any possible concerns early on para maagapan habang maaga.

📅 Ready for your 20-28 week scan? Message us to schedule. We’ll take care of you and your little one every step of the way. 🫶
