History of the Company A group of young visionary leaders whose desire to make a difference in the society through service and care created Davao Serenity Springs Retirement Village (Hospice, Palliative Care and Nursing Home) Inc. or simply Davao Serenity Springs. It is the first in Davao City that offers a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Davao Serenity Springs provides a harmonized system of services that includes alternative residential facilities for Independent elderly and those who may require Assisted Living or Nursing Home. We also offer continuous access to care for those needing long-term treatment, hospice and palliative care. Davao Serenity Springs addresses the varying health and wellness needs of residents as they grow older. Remaining within the community allows the residents to continue their existing relationships with their spouses and friends, avoid the stress of moving from one healthcare facility to another. Davao Serenity Springs hopes to help families cope with the mental, emotional and physical stress that comes with caring for the elderly with special needs. We have a wide range of services that depends on different family needs such as but not limited to home-based care services, respite care and day care services
