COMPANY DRIVER/HELPER
A company driver's job involves safely and efficiently transporting company personnel, goods, or equipment to various locations, while maintaining the vehicle and adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating company vehicles safely and efficiently, following routes and schedules.
Performing routine checks, reporting issues, and ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
Adhering to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Providing a positive and professional experience for passengers or clients.
Assisting with loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
Communicating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and other team members.
Completing necessary paperwork, such as trip logs and delivery records.
Skills and Qualifications:
A clean driving record is essential.
Understanding and adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to plan efficient routes and use navigation tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers and colleagues.
Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

PROMO COORDINATOR/BOOKING
Responsible for maintaining regular communication with vendors. They can work on establishing relationships with vendors to create a simpler process for ordering inventory. This employee may communicate with vendors to share issues as they relate to payment, orders, and deliveries. Responsible/ to coordinate with his/her promodisers performance. To find new prospect / clients / establishment.
• At least high school graduate.
• Can work with less supervision
• Can do multitasking, flexible and willing to be trained
• With at least 5 years’ experience as promodiser/ merchandiser.
• Or at least a year of experience as promo coordinator.
*Starting rate: minimum with daily allowance and yearly incentives.
