Just a quick reminder to all participants of the Meet and Greet Community Run.

Event Date: June 28, 2025
Location: Forest Lake Memorial (Starting Point)
Assembly Time: 03:00 A.M

What to Bring (Recommended):
Headlamp, Blinker or Reflector, Cash, Hydration. These are recommended for your safety. Please also note that this is a community run. Thus, there will be NO AVAILABLE AID STATIONS along the route.

Gun Start:
The gun start will be per pace group, at 15 min. interval per group:
03:45 A. M for 8:00-7:30 min / km PACE
04:00 A.M for 6:30-6:00 min / km PACE
04:15 A.M for 6:00-5:30 min / km PACE
04:30 A.M for 5:30-5:00 min / km PACE

The different participating teams are also encouraged to bring their own banners for photo opportunities.
