Today, May 16, 2025, BPSU joins the nation in honoring the dedication and contributions of non-teaching personnel—our essential partners in sustaining excellence in education.

In observance of Republic Act No. 12178, signed into law by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., BPSU implements a special half-day schedule for all non-teaching employees. All office transactions will be conducted only from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At 12:01 PM, offices shall implement work-life balance initiatives within campus premises.

This national observance recognizes the efforts of education support personnel such as registrars, librarians, nurses, guidance counselors, administrative and technical staff, and many others whose work ensures that learning and academic service thrive.

You may now claim your laboratory results at the BPSU DC Medical Clinic.

For all qualifiers from the Dinalupihan Campus, you are scheduled for a physical examination on May 7, 2025. Please see the attached list of names and corresponding time slots.

Kindly bring the following:
• One (1) piece 2x2 picture
• One (1) black ballpen
• One (1) long brown envelope

Medical Laboratory Assessment Schedule
• Incoming First Year Students: April 21, 2025
• Continuing Students: June 1, 2025

Requirements for Medical Screening
• 1x1 or 2x2 picture
• Long brown envelope
• Black pen
• Medical laboratory results
• Valid ID / School ID (for old students

Important Reminders:

• Students will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
• For incoming first-year students, the physical examination and medical certificate can be issued by your chosen physician.
• For continuing students, only results from accredited laboratories will be accepted.
• Each accredited lab can accommodate up to 600 students per day.
• Bring your student ID or any valid ID when visiting the lab.
• Make sure your test results are complete and legible before submission.
• Students with existing medical conditions are encouraged to secure a certificate from their personal doctor.
• If a repeat screening is required, it will be accommodated on the same day but may require a 2–3 hour wait.
• Medical Certificate and Compliance Slip will only be issued once.

Here are the lists of students with Laboratory results from Batol-Canlas Mobile Laboratory held at BPSU Dinalupihan Campus last July 05,2024. Incoming first-year students with available Laboratory results may proceed anytime from Monday to Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm at BPSU DC Health Services Unit (Medical Clinic) for Physical examinations to acquire a compliance slip needed for enrollment. Please bring a 1pc 2x2 picture and 1pc long brown envelope.

To all incoming 2nd year students, the schedule of your Physical examination at BPSU DC Health Services Unit (Medical Clinic) will be as follows:
