Resumption of Classes Across All Levels within DepEd Bataan on February 13, 2024

This is to further emphasize that all educational activities, including regular classes, extracurricular programs, and other related events, will resume as scheduled on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, across all levels within DepEd Bataan. The safety and security of students, teachers, and staff remain our utmost priority.

Following a comprehensive inspection conducted by the Philippine National Police, it has been confirmed that DepEd Bataan facilities are deemed secure and free from any potential bomb threats or security risks. We assure parents, guardians, and the community that necessary precautions have been taken to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone.

We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of all stakeholders as we work together to uphold the welfare and educational development of our learners. Thank you for your continued support in promoting a conducive and secure learning environment within our schools.

In line with the celebration of World Mental Health Month, JCP Peer Facilitators, along with SSLG and BKD, launched its first collaborative activity entitled "Comfort Candies." The said project aims to give emphasis to the importance of one's mental well-being and to remind them to always be kind to themselves. Each candy contains small pieces of paper that have motivational and comforting statements.

Disclaimer.
The preparation of the candies was under the supervision of their respective advisers and was performed hygienically to ensure the safety of the participants.
