This is not to "body-shame" people who are overweight. Just a simple reminder that as per World Health Organization, one of the leading causes of deaths worldwide comes from diseases caused by being overweight or obese. These are facts.
The good news is, it can be avoided. All we have to do is to commit ourselves for the sake of our good health, as well as our family's. It can be done. And yes, we still can eat 3 to 4 times a day and achieve a healthy weight. All we need is to be aware of what are we suppose to include and omit in our meals.
Always remember, nothing looks as good as healthy feels...
