"Mga parents at guardians!
Para maiwasan ang pag-aalala, siguraduhing protektado ang inyong mga anak laban sa HPV, Measles-Rubella, Tetanus, at Diphtheria.
Ang bakuna para sa Measles-Rubella at Tetanus-Diphtheria ay ibibigay sa mga mag-aaral sa Grade 1 at 7. Ang HPV Vaccine naman ay para sa mga babaeng mag-aaral na nasa Grade 4.

Kampanya sa Bakuna sa Paaralan

“Bakuna, Proteksyon para sa Kinabukasan!”

👩‍⚕️ Ano ang School-Based Immunization?
Isang programa ng Department of Health (DOH) at Department of Education (DepEd) kung saan binibigyan ng libreng bakuna ang mga mag-aaral sa paaralan upang maprotektahan sila laban sa iba’t ibang sakit.

💉 Mga Bakunang Maaaring Ibigay:

Measles, Rubella, at Tetanus-Diphtheria (MR-TD)

Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) para sa mga batang babae (Grade 4 pataas)

Iba pang bakunang ayon sa edad at pangangailangan

🎯 Layunin ng Kampanya:

Maprotektahan ang mga bata laban sa malulubhang sakit.

Mabawasan ang bilang ng mga batang nagkakasakit at nawawalan ng araw sa pag-aaral.

Siguraduhin ang ligtas at masiglang kinabukasan para sa kabataan.

📌 Mahalagang Paalala sa mga Magulang:

Siguraduhing nakapirma sa consent form bago ang araw ng pagbabakuna.

Paalalahanan ang anak na kumain nang maayos bago pumunta sa paaralan.

🤝 Sama-sama nating protektahan ang ating mga anak laban sa mga sakit.
Bakuna ang susi sa malusog na kinabukasan!
