Responded to a vehicular accident on the bypass road near Barangay Root around 7:30 PM. According to local witnesses, the rider lost control, swung over, and plummeted head-first after hitting a mound of sand. The patient sustained multiple abrasions and significant bleeding from the left ear. Initial care was provided, and the patient was referred to the nearest hospital for emergency management before being transferred to a higher-level facility for further treatment.

Responded to a vehicular accident at Barangay Lumbad around 1:30 am. Patient who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol sustained laceration on the lower lip, bruises on the chest, had dizziness, and a period of unconsciousness lasting 10 minutes. Initial management done and patient was referred to the Provincial Hospital for further evaluation and management.

The patient, was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, collided head-on with the wall, resulting in significant damage to the motorcycle. Responded to a hit-and-run vehicular accident around 11:00 PM near Jollibee in Madamba, Dingras, Ilocos Norte. The patient was struck and run over by an unknown motorcycle rider who was allegedly intoxicated and had a backride. The patient sustained minor abrasions on the extremities and a laceration with swelling on the left knee, accompanied by severe pain upon movement. After providing initial care, the patient was referred to Gov. Roque B. Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital (GRAMH) for further orthopedic management.

Responded to a vehicular accident involving a van and motorcycle at the intersection of Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road and Dingras-Marcos Road in Barangay Dancel, Dingras, Ilocos Norte. The motorcycle rider sustained multiple injuries, including abrasions on the right shoulder, left hand, and knee, Lacerations on the left jaw and a deep laceration on the left leg while backride is with a suspected complete close fracture of proximal third left femur.

Patients was noted to be under the influence of alcohol. Initial treatment was provided, and referred to Gov. Roque B. Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital (GRBAMH) for further evaluation and management.
