DOH sees positive behavior change in Vector Control efforts, calls for continued community action to further reduce cases of Dengue.
Since the launch of the Alas Kwatro Kontra Mosquito campaign, the DOH has seen widespread acceptance of preventive behaviors in communities. This is further enabled through the ordinances and governance of LGUs. Through the joint leadership of national and local governments, we have seen community clean-ups in at least 349 LGUs across all 18 DOH CHDs.
