FROM CP CLEARANCE TO ADMISSION 🏥

ZNMC, DIPOLOG CITY | 3/17/2026 - Successful admission of 21 patients for laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Lap Cole), made possible through teamwork and seamless coordination.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our doctors - Dr. Ompoy, Dr. Alberca, Dr. Mariñas and Dr. Monte for the CP clearance - for their expertise and dedication. Special appreciation as well to our Chief Nurses, Ma’am Marnie and Ma’am Bingky, for their strong leadership and guidance throughout the process.

Thank you as well to the Laboratory and Radiology departments for their cooperation and support. And of course to the headed by Herdina Gallegos for carrying out this mission.

A heartfelt thank you to Gov Darel Uy for making this free operation possible for the people of Zamboanga del Norte. Special thanks as well to Dr. Esmeralda Nadela, ZNMC Hospital Administrator, for her continuous support and commitment to quality healthcare for the community.

SIBUCO, ZDN | 3/17/2026 - Our dedicated medical transport driver, Clyde Giangan, safely transported our fellow ZaNortehanon back to Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte, proving that service goes beyond distance, especially for those in far-flung communities.

With heartfelt gratitude to Gov Darel Uy for his strong leadership and unwavering support in prioritizing accessible healthcare for every people of Zamboanga del Norte. Also, to Ma’am Herdina Gallegos, head of the medical team, for continuously guiding and strengthening our mission in every transport we carry out.

CARE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY 🫶🏻

CEBU CITY | 3/13/2026 - The , headed by Herdina Gallegos, together with Nurse Joel Rey Carcasona and ambulance driver Clyde Giangan, visited Southwestern University Medical Center in Cebu City to personally check on patients from the province who are currently undergoing treatment. The visit reflects the team’s commitment to ensure that every patient continues to receive proper care, guidance, and support even while confined in partner medical institutions outside the province.

During the mission, the team also facilitated the safe transport of a patient from Cebu back to their home province, ensuring a smooth and secure journey. Through coordinated medical supervision and patient-centered care, the ZNMC Medical Team remains dedicated to serving constituents beyond hospital walls.

This highlights the continuing effort to bring healthcare closer to the people - providing not only treatment, but also compassion, presence, and reassurance to patients and their families throughout every step of their medical journey. Thanks to Gov Darel Uy for making this possible! 🫶🏻

HOPE IN EVERY HEARTBEAT 🫶🏻🚑

CEBU CITY | 3/9/2026 - The , headed by Herdina Gallegos, together with medical team nurse Joel Rey Carcasona and ambulance driver Reneboy It-It, safely transported a neonatal patient from Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte with congenital heart disease. A journey carried not just by duty, but by compassion and the shared mission to give every child a fighting chance.

It was a sleepless journey- carefully monitoring the baby, keeping the patient comfortable, and doing everything possible to prevent crying to help preserve the baby’s oxygen needs. Every movement, every breath, and every vital sign was watched closely throughout the long transport, because even the smallest life deserves the greatest care.

Deep gratitude to Gov Darel Uy for his steadfast leadership and commitment to improving healthcare access for the people, and to Dr. Esmeralda Nadela, ZNMC Hospital Administrator, for her guidance and support that make life-saving missions like this possible.
