Mag 4 o'clock Habit na at hanapin ang mga pinamamahayan ng mga lamok at mag gawin ang 4T (Taob, Taktak, Tuyo, at Takip) regular na gawin ngayong tagulan para iwas Dengue!

🚨MGA IITLUGAN NG LAMOK, MAS MARAMI DAHIL SA ULAN; DOH 4T GAWING REGULAR KONTRA DENGUE🚨

Bahagyang tumaas ang kaso ng dengue sa unang dalawang linggo ng Hunyo. Mula 8,233 noong June 1-14, tumaas ito sa 10,733 pagdating ng June 15-28. Pinaghahandaan na ng DOH ang pagtaas sa kaso ng dengue dahil sa sunod sunod na pag-ulan at pagbaha nitong mga nakaraang linggo.

Paalala ng DOH na gawin ang 4Ts para walang pamahayan ang lamok dengue na aedes. Maging alerto matapos maipon ang ulan sa paligid at mga lalagyan kung saan nangingitlog ang lamok na ito.

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | The Department of Health (DOH) Bicol Center for Health Development, through the Bicol South Luzon – Sub-National Reference Laboratory (BSL-SNRL), is urgently appealing for Type A+ blood donors as the region faces a critically low supply of platelets.

In a statement on Tuesday, June 24, the DOH Bicol reported a significant increase in the demand for Type A+ platelets due to the rising number of patients suffering from life-threatening conditions such as cancer, severe bleeding, dengue hemorrhagic fever, and other serious illnesses.

With the current stock reaching a critical level, the agency warned that the shortage could delay the immediate treatment of patients in need. In response, the DOH is calling on local government units, private organizations, and community groups to organize or support blood donation drives specifically for Type A+ donors. The public is also urged to help spread this appeal and encourage healthy, eligible individuals to donate blood.

LOOKII RHU Donsol conducted a simultaneous HIV awareness campaign across all 51 barangays in observance of the 2025 International AIDS Candlelight Memorial. Guided by this year’s theme, "We Remember, We Rise, We Lead," the campaign emphasized the importance of honoring those we have lost to AIDS, supporting those living with HIV, and empowering communities to take the lead in the ongoing fight against the disease.

The event aimed to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote accessible testing, treatment, and support services for all. Through community-based education sessions, candlelight vigils, and solidarity activities, residents were encouraged to reflect on the past, acknowledge the progress made, and commit to a future of inclusivity, compassion, and shared responsibility.
