Job Responsibilities:
• Attending patient communications (via phone or email).
• Gather medical or insurance information.
• Update patient records and safeguard the confidentiality of patient information.
• Manage patient appointments and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks (e.g. fax/file management, transcription).
Qualifications:
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO company
• Experience and knowledge in US Healthcare is a plus.
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Has experience working with Spanish clients.
