By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Maylene M. Beltran, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, president and CEO of PhilHealth, includes updated guidelines and monitoring tool, as annex to the issuance and a link to download; also includes link to download monitoring and validation guide for provincial and city DOH representatives, in aid of implementation of these guidelines and tools.

This issuance did not originate from HFDB: Address further inquiries about the issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. The HFDB is an identified provider of technical assistance on the service delivery block of the LHS ML, characteristic of the referral system, or SD 1.

Cong. Lamberto L. Macias Memorial Hospital commemorates 50 years of serving as a beacon of hope and service in healthcare to our constituents in Siaton and the neighboring municipalities under the leadership of our Chief of Hospital, Dr. Jenellie Faith B. Ozoa. As we concluded our hospital’s 50th Founding Anniversary, we hosted Medical, Legal, and Social Services Caravan led by Governor Manuel "Chaco" L. Sagarbarria.

The MLS Caravan is an initiative of the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental that offered the constituents a variety of free essential services, including medical consultations, dental extractions, minor surgeries & circumcision, laboratory examinations, legal advice, veterinary care, and agricultural commodities. Our clients also enjoyed personal care services such as massages, haircuts, manicures, ear piercings, and free reading glasses .

This activity was graced by Vice Governor - Cezanne Fritz Diaz, Provincial Administrator - Atty. Arthur Tolcidas, Provincial Engineer - Andre M. Reyes, and Board Member Bobot Adanza.

Ozoa received (1) one split type air conditioner and (2) complete set desktop computers from Board Member Atty. Peter Paul F. Renacia. The aforementioned items are essential towards continuous quality delivery of health services.

For the purpose of providing control and possible elimination of human and animal rabies, allocating funding, and prescribing enforcements on violations, the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental is headed by Gov. Manuel "Chaco" L. Sagarbarria, through the Provincial District Hospital in Siaton relative to RA 9482, or the "Anti-Rabies Act of 2007," invites people from Siaton and nearby towns on their Animal Bite Treatment Schedule at the Cong. Lamberto L. Macias Memorial Hospital is open from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon every Monday and Friday.

Management Team Meeting at CLLMMH in Siaton

On February 6, 2024, Dr. Jenellie Faith B. Ozoa, Hospital Chief of the Cong. Lamberto L. Macias Memorial Hospital in Siaton, as guided by the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental under the leadership of Governor Chaco Sagarbarria, presided over the Hospital Management Team Meeting. The meeting, which was conducted at Dr. Ozoa's office, covered the following agenda: the scheduled MLS Caravan on February 20, 2024; updates on appropriation and budgetary direction; training prerequisites and logistics in lactation management; updates on HEA disbursement; and other departmental concerns. Under the good governor's administration, the Provincial Government of Negros Oriental coursed through its thrust of services relative to the Philippine Health Care Laws, most especially to the many people in Siaton.
