The blessing ceremony, officiated by Rev. Fr. Boy Mariño, was graced by significant dignitaries including SDS Dr. Edmark Ian L. Cabio, CESO VI; ASDS Dr. Juditha O. Mapue; SGOD Chief Dr. Antonieta Vendiola; CID Chief Mrs. Joesan Ramos (CID Chief); Nurse Charisse Lim, Adolescent Reproductive Health Division Focal; PDO Prim Rose Therese Santiago, Learner Rights and Protection Division Coordinator; Education Program Specialist (HRTD) Dr. Joshua Quiniquito; and Administrative Officer IV Ms. Carmela M. Visperas.

Also present were school heads, School Career Advocates Ms. Justine Saguban and Mr. Kevin Dan Maturan, PTA President Mr. Michael Manreza, admin personnel, teachers, and students, all expressing strong support for the newly refurbished Care Center.

The newly renovated Care Center is set to enhance services on career guidance, adolescent health, and protection of learners’ rights. It aims to provide holistic support to help students navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

With this, JNHS is true to its commitment to the region's motto: "For Every Learner, We Rise."
