I happen to find this shared among colleagues. I reflected deeply and yes, I couldn't agree more. This holds genuinely true. When I care, I truly pour my love and heart, and attention.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE answering to all your questions, but sometimes, I also want to clear my mind and heart especially outside clinic hours (excluding those with special cases such as bleeding, in labor, from very far places like Cebu province, Siquijor, etc., schedule/appointment arrangements, selected online consults, or those I personally asked to message me like on-the-day followup).
Dearest patient, thank you for your patience despite me not able to answer to all your online questions from beauty products, Jollibee concerns, detergents to use, how much baby clothes to buy for a newborn, and a lot more. These are all valid questions. However, let's save more time in dealing with medical concerns, ayt? ;)

The best place for a proper consultation is still the clinic, face to face. So when a doctor takes time to reply to you outside of that, be gratefulโitโs a sign that they truly care.
