Patient complains of "puling nga feeling" for 2 weeks. It started when he was driving and naay nisulod sa iyang mata. The puling never went away since then.

Seen in the photos are insect wings, insect's head and legs stuck under the eyelids.
Foreign bodies were removed and the patient had instant relief of the "puling". 🤗
