A Day of Wellness by the Sea 🌊

Come spend a relaxing, feel-good day at the beach with us — a nourishing blend of yoga including Hatha, Inside Flow and Yin, along with art therapy and natural spa treatments to help you recharge. We’ll also enjoy delicious, wholesome food together, with breakfast and lunch included.

There’ll be plenty of time for fun too, with activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more!

Yoga classes are open to all levels—beginners are warmly welcomed!

Looking for yoga classes in Dumaguete City? Join our classes at the 3rd floor of Coco Grande Hotel. We offer Hatha Yoga, Prana Vashya Yoga, Restorative, and Vinyasa Flow classes suitable for all levels, from beginner to experienced yoga practitioner.

Morning classes: Tuesday & Thursday 7:30AM to 9AM and Saturday 8:30AM to 10AM

Evening classes: Monday to Friday 6:30 PM to 8PM

Class updates and other announcements are also posted daily on Facebook and Instagram @yogadumaguete. Schedule might also change on holidays. Please check social media or message us 0956 4698 463 to confirm.

Drop ins are welcome.

200 - 1 class 650 - 5 classes (valid for 1 month, ideal if you can practice at least once a week) 1250 - 10 classes (valid for 2 months, ideal if you can practice at least 2x/week) 1200 - 3x a week (valid for 1 month, best deal if you’re practicing 3x weekly) 1500 - monthly pass (valid for 1 month, best deal if you go to class daily)

Classes are conducted in English. Please bring your own yoga mat. We also have mats you can borrow at no extra charge.

Classes start on time. No prior registration or reservation needed to attend classes.

Practice with intention and attention. If you feel discomfort or pain when doing a pose, gently come out of the posture and take a rest. It is the student’s responsibility as well to inform the teachers of any injury, illness or medical condition, or surgery undertaken recently before the start of every yoga class. The teachers and Coco Grande management will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense as a result of participation in our yoga classes.

Let us know if you: - have not done yoga before - have had recent surgery - have injuries that limit motion - are pregnant -have a medical condition we should know about (high blood pressure, diabetes, vertigo, heart condition, etc)

Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in.

Drink enough amounts of water throughout the day to ensure proper hydration during class. However, drinking water during the class is not encouraged.

Respect silence during the practice. Turn off mobile phones during class. We spend so many hours of the day with people, both face to face and virtually through our mobile phones. Let the 90-minute yoga class be an opportunity for you to spend quality time with yourself.
