As the country continues to recover from the impact of both Typhoon ‘Tino’ and Typhoon ‘Uwan’, our hearts go out to everyone affected; to those who lost loved ones, homes, and sources of livelihood.

These past weeks have been heavy for many, staying informed helps us stay connected and aware, but it can also weigh on us emotionally. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐮𝐬, 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

In light of the recent devastation brought by Typhoon Tino in Negros Oriental, the Foundation University Student Government (FUSG) is launching a Donation Drive to support our fellow Negrenses affected by this calamity.

LOOK | 𝗙𝗨 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗠𝗛𝗔 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The journey of spreading mental health awareness never stops — and we continue to move forward together. 🌿✨

Representatives from the 𝗙𝗨 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 attended both 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟭 (𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬) and 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮 (𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟰) of the 𝗣𝗠𝗛𝗔 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 held at 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗩𝗧 for the continuation of “𝘙𝘌𝘠𝘈𝘓 𝘰𝘳 𝘍𝘈𝘒𝘌𝘏: 𝘋𝘦𝘣𝘶𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘰𝘱 𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺 – 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘵 2.” 💙

The session featured insightful discussions led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗿 𝗙. 𝗕𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆, Registered Psychologist and PhD in Clinical Psychology, focusing on separating facts from misconceptions in the world of psychology.

Our Peer Facilitators gained valuable knowledge and inspiration to strengthen their advocacy in promoting 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 within the FU community. 💚
