We all experience stress, but it manifests itself in different ways for each of us. As a result, there is no single definition for stress, but according to the American Institute of Stress, the most popular explanation is "physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension." The fact is, stress is just as genuine a mental health issue as any other. It's critical to recognize when we're suffering stress – or when it's harming someone else – since it's the first step toward feeling better. Allowing stress to continue untreated carries its own set of risks.

Over the last few years, people have been experiencing increased stress. When someone is confronted with events or interactions that they consider to be harmful to their bodily or psychological well-being, they experience stress. When a situation's controllability is reduced, stress levels will rise. Many people die as a result of sadness or anxiety brought on by stress, according to certain research. Our team has decided to launch a campaign to raise awareness about this issue. Stress has always been a part of our daily lives. A lot of people ended up doing self harm because of this.

Today, we are here to advocate, to reach out and help those people who are in need.
