In line with the celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, the HR Office created a Freedom Wall to all LGU Employees of El Salvador City— a safe and supportive space where everyone is free to share their thoughts and emotions, take words of encouragement, and give messages of hope. 💬✨

This meaningful activity is made possible through the collaboration of the Human Resource Management Office and the City Health Office, as part of our continued efforts towards a Healthy Workplace that nurtures not only the body but also the mind and heart. 🌿💚

Let’s keep reminding ourselves and others: it’s okay to feel, it’s okay to rest, and it’s okay to ask for help. 💚
