Upang makuha ang 100% na nutrisyon ng gatas ni nanay kailangan ang 100% dedikasyon ni nanay. Sa unang 6 months ni baby, breastfeeding lamang. Mula 6 months, bigyan din siya ng ibang angkop na pagkain kasama ang gatas ni nanay.
