ICYMI: In celebration of the National Cancer Awareness Month, the Department of Health, through its Cancer Control Division, held a webinar titled, "Cancer Care for the Nation: Driving Awareness and Accessibility to Cancer Care for all" last February 26.
The webinar, which was joined by Dr. Clarito Cairo Jr., Dr. Ann Meredith Garcia-Trinidad, and Mayor Dante Torres, dove into ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat the disease of cancer, as well as provided an overview and general information on it. In addition, this webinar also provided an avenue to share initiatives for access by both the national and local government.
