IMPORTANT NOTICE: WORK STOPPAGE TO COMPLETE 14-DAY QUARANTINE

We regret to inform you that as of 6pm yesterday, we were notified that one of our staff tested positive for COVID-19. Therefore we all need to complete our 14-day quarantine as per DOH protocol and even those conducting the follow-up tests cannot continue to do so as per national protocol. Given that we started our work stoppage and quarantine last week July 15, 2020, the quarantine will end on July 28 and resume to work will be on July 29, 2020.

Rest assured that the staff who was positive will remain quarantined as per DOH protocol (count started only on the day test result found so until August 4) and the whole premises including materials has been disinfected as per WHO protocol.

According kay doktora, bukas po ay mag-oopen ang clinic para lang po muna sa mag fofollow-up lang...di po muna tatanggap ng new medical kasi konting staff lang muna ang papasok.

Kung may karagdagang tanong po, tumawag na lang po kayo sa landline ng LLN bukas.
