June is National Kidney Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about kidney health and the critical role our kidneys play in keeping our bodies strong and balanced. Our kidneys work hard every single day to remove waste, balance fluids, and help regulate blood pressure. Yet, kidney disease is often silent, with symptoms appearing only in later stages.

This month, let's take a moment to reflect on the importance of early detection and prevention. Because healthy kidneys mean a healthier you!
