ROJoson Medical Consultation Announcement

This is to announce that my remaining ROJoson F2F Medical Consultation Dates for December 2025 will be on:

December 2, 9, 16 and 23 (all Tuesdays)

Will resume F2F Medical Consultation on January 6, 2026.

I will still entertain ROJoson Telemedical Consultation (by appointment through FB messenger and Viber) for those who want to consult me outside the declared F2F consultation dates above, especially for any emergencies.

This is to announce that I will be holding my next ROJoson F2Fmedical Consultation on December 2, 2025 (Tuesday). The F2Fmedical Consultation will be strictly on an appointment basis. No walk-in allowed. I will see only 10 patients on that morning. Book at least 4 days before. First come first serve on booking. Range: 70.0 to 72.2 kg (with 10 days recording of more than 72.2 kg).

Waist circumference: 39 inches as of October 31, 2025

Weight and waist – weight within normal target but 10 days reaching 72.2 kg (November 1 and 2 – 71.2 kg already); but waist circumference at 39 inches already (have to work on this again – to reduce it to 38 inches).

Breast Cancer Awareness and Campaign is NOT limited to a month in October

One of the criticisms of Breast Cancer Awareness and Campaign is that it is only one-month limitation – Efforts are concentrated in October but fade afterward.

Suggested Improvements
Make it a year-round effort until the key outcomes are acheived: REDUCTION or CONTROL of MORBIDITY and MORTALITY from BREAST CANCERS.
Aside from the information dissemination on BREAST CANCER from ROJoson Breast Wellness Clinic in October of each year, I will continue to BREAST CANCER AWARENESS and CAMPAIGN in November, December, January, ALL YEAR ROUND.

I will continue with my ROJoson PEP Talk which I started in 2021.

I will continue with my ROJoson Cancer Crusaders Club Annual Christmas Get-Together to provide group psychosocial support to breast cancer patients. This started in 1988 and is still ongoing as of 2025.

I will continue with my ROJoson Cancer Survivor Registry.

I will continue with providing compassionate humanitarian program to patients with breast cancer who are financially disabled.

One of the criticisms on October Breast Cancer Awareness Month is that it has only one-month limitation – efforts are concentrated in October but fade afterward. Suggested improvement: Make it a year-round awareness program.

ROJoson Breast Wellness Clinic will make Breast Cancer Awareness an all-year round program. It will be called ROJoson Breast Wellness Clinic Breast Cancer Awareness Time (BCAT) with at least once a week awareness activity starting October 2025.

ROJoson Breast Wellness Clinic will keep tab of the awareness activities.
