Quality Policy, Objectives, and Impartiality Statement
Medical Physics & Health Physics Services, Inc. (MPHPS) shall provide quality service to its customers that create the confidence in the competence and integrity of all MPHPS testing activities.
MPHPS shall provide compliance/performance testing services according to the requirements of internationally accepted standards, PNS ISO/IEC 17020, and applicable ILAC policy and guidance documents.
MPHPS is committed to:
• provide quality service to its customer that creates confidence in the competence and integrity of all MPHPS testing activities;
• provide testing service according to the requirements of internationally-accepted standards,
PNS ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and applicable ILAC policy and guidance documents;
• be impartial, fair, and objective in its dealing with customers;
• observe confidentiality in all its dealing with customers; and
• ensure the integrity and value of the inspection test reports and certificates issued to the customers..
Impartiality Statement
MPHPS is committed to uphold the integrity of its inspection function by safeguarding impartiality of its operation.
As a third-party inspection body, MPHPS is bound to be organized so that its inspection is provided impartially. The organizational structure of MPHPS within its functional group is identified to show any conflict of interest within the organization. Where potential conflict-of-interest is identified, appropriate action is taken.
MPHPS, recognizing the risk involve in its inspection activities, adopts a risk-based approach in developing, implementing and reviewing its policy, procedures, processes and in managing its people.
