The activity was participated in by the dialysis staff, particularly the Dialysis Technicians, as part of the unitโ€™s continuous commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare service.

Through the hands-on demonstration, participants were guided on the correct techniques in specimen collection, handling, storage, and submission in compliance with established healthcare and environmental safety standards. This hands-on approach allowed participants to better understand real-life scenarios, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in program implementation.

The orientation highlighted the importance of proper documentation, patient guidance, and interdepartmental coordination to guarantee that eligible patients can seamlessly access their entitled medicines.
