Is Your Blood Pressure trying to tell you something? 🧐

Think of your heart as a pump and your arteries as hoses. Blood pressure is simply the force of your blood pushing against the walls of those vessels. When that pressure gets too high, it can lead to serious health issues. 🩸

So, how can you keep an eye on it?
How to Monitor at Home:
- Get a Good Monitor: Use an arm cuff monitor that is the right size for you.
- Think of your heart as a pump and your arteries as hoses. Blood pressure is simply the force of your blood pushing against the walls of those vessels. When that pressure gets too high, it can lead to serious health issues.
- Relax First: Sit quietly for 5 minutes with your back supported and feet on the floor before you take a reading.
