🧪 In Unity for a Safer Tomorrow! 🛡️
In celebration of the National Poison Prevention and Control Week with the theme “Lasong Umahon sa Pabago-bagong Panahon: Iba’t Ibang Sektor Magsitugon”, the BMC Poison Control Center successfully conducted a collaborative lecture with representatives from various government sectors July 21, 2025.

This meaningful event highlighted the importance of inter-agency cooperation in strengthening poison prevention, management, and response. Together, we discussed vital topics on the safe handling of chemicals, emergency protocols, and public awareness initiatives to better protect our communities.

In celebration of National Poison Prevention and Control Week, the TOX Family of the BMC Poison Control Center united for a meaningful Tree Planting Activity held on at BMC Pili, Camarines Sur

With the theme, “Lasong Umahon sa Pabago-bagong Panahon: Iba’t Ibang Sektor Magsitugon,” this initiative reflects our strong advocacy not just for poison prevention, but also for environmental health and sustainability.

Attended by Baranggay Health Worker, School nurses and Bureau of Fire Protection. Amazing turnout and active participation showing eagerness to learn.

Let’s Raise Awareness Together! 🌟

Hey everyone! Did you know that last week of June is the National Poisoning Prevention week? It’s the perfect time to spread awareness about keeping our homes and communities safe.

To celebrate this event we invited baranggay health workers and school nurses to discuss important safety tips, share stories, and learn how to prevent accidental poisonings. Together, we can make a difference!
