🧾 Ano ang Ibig Sabihin ng "Chemical Weapons Prohibition Act" para sa mga Pilipino?
(Republic Act No. 12174 – Nilagdaan noong Abril 15, 2025)

❌ Ipinagbabawal ang paggawa, pagbuo, pagtatago (stockpiling), at paggamit ng mga sandatang kemikal sa Pilipinas.

🧪 Babantayan at reregulahin ang ilang kemikal na maaaring gamitin sa paggawa ng sandatang kemikal — kahit na may legal o medikal na gamit ang mga ito.

⚖️ May karampatang parusa para sa sinumang lalabag — lalo na sa mga gagamit ng nakalalasong kemikal bilang sandata.

🌏 Pagtupad sa ating obligasyon bilang kasapi ng Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), na layuning alisin ang ganitong uri ng armas sa buong mundo.

🧬 Proteksyon para sa kalusugan ng publiko — siguraduhin na ligtas ang paggamit ng kemikal sa mga industriya, ospital, at laboratoryo.

👮‍♀️ May mga ahensya ng gobyerno na naatasang magpatupad at magbantay ng batas na ito — kabilang ang inspeksyon, pag-uulat, at agarang aksyon kung may banta.
