The wound must be immediately and thoroughly washed for at least 15 minutes with soap and water. Then visit a clinic, as you may need post-exposure vaccination!

In observance of World Asthma Day, we are reminded of the importance of knowing how to respond during an asthma attack. Asthma can strike at any moment, and recognizing the signs and administering proper first aid can make all the difference.

If someone is experiencing difficulty breathing, speaking, or appears anxious and wheezing, they may be having an asthma attack. Help them stay calm, loosen any tight clothing, assist with their prescribed quick-relief medication or inhaler, and seek medical help immediately.

Awareness saves lives. Let us all take part in building a community that is ready to respond.

Happy Easter Sunday!

The empty tomb is the proof that Jesus is who He said He is - the Son of God, Savior of the world and conqueror of death.

On friday, it looked like it was over.
On Saturday, the silence was heavy.

But on Sunday, the silence was shattered by resurrection power.
Two thousand years ago, a stone rolled away…
And it wasn’t to let Jesus out - It was to let a broken world look in and realize that the tomb is empty, so we don’t have to be.

His blood paid the price.
The cross carried your shame.
The resurrection sealed your freedom.
The grave couldn’t hold Him and it couldn’t hold you, either.

We serve a risen King who conquered death and reigns forever!

He carried the weight of the world’s sin so we could walk in freedom.
With every lash, every wound, every drop of blood, He paid the price we never could.

"Jesus paid it all." Not just some of it. Not just the parts we think are forgivable. All of it. Every failure, every regret, every broken piece—redeemed by His love.

This isn’t just a message, it’s a rescue. A reminder that you are worth the highest price.

You are seen, known, and deeply loved by the One who gave everything to call you His. 🙏🤍
