2. SATURDAY: By Appointment Only. No more walk-in

3. TUESDAY: No Clinic

4. Bawal ang kasamang bata. Ang Clinic po ay puntahan ng may mga sakit. Hindi po ito pasyalan.

5. Dalhin ang anumang medical record, dating laboratory test at kasalukuyan o lumang reseta.
