Screen Time Overload? Give Your Eyes a Break
Long hours on gadgets can lead to digital eye strain. This can cause dryness, headaches, blurred vision, and neck pain.
Follow the 20 20 20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Adjust screen brightness, blink more often, and maintain proper distance from your device.
Your eyes were not designed for nonstop screen time. Take care of them.
