Using hypochlorous acid (HOCL) as an aerosolized disinfectant is one way to overcome the aforementioned issues, by safely disinfecting the ambient air that people breathe within the environments they inhabit. This can help to protect all of us, even when health and saftey guidelines are not followed. It is an established fact that to date no virus exists that HOCL cannot safely eradicate.
As COVID-19 is currently ubiquitous, if we continually eradicate its presence within the ambient air whenever we can, this will reduce the viral numbers and slow the spread. We must continually eliminate COVID-19 or have methods in place which will stop it from affecting our long-term health: one major failing in fighting the virus so far, is that no co-ordinated plan has been formulated to ensure that airborne viral aerosols can be swiftly eradicated.
